Bookings are confirmed once the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid. Cancellations and changes are handled as described in your client agreement. Website analytics help us understand which pages are useful; no personally identifying data is used.
We collect only the details needed to respond to enquiries, deliver services and send invoices. Your information is never sold, and it is shared only with the services we use to run the business.
